A quick heads-up for those still following this blog: After almost three years of development, Xfce 4.12 has been released!
An overview of the new features can be found in the Xfce tour. This new release is to ship in Xubuntu 15.04, scheduled to be released the 23rd of April, 2015. You can try it out in current releases using the Xubuntu developers’ Xfce 4.12 PPA.
